Body: It helps well with skin-nourishing applications, digestion, and toothaches.
It supports the immune system and is great for cold or pain. But it should be used sparingly as it could cause irritation for some. It also is a good insect and mosquito repellent.
Mind: It has a warming effect on the senses and could help with stress when blended with other oils.
How to Use:

In a Base: Mix 5 drops with other essential oils, in 30 ml of carrier oil, moisturizer, shampoo or any other base before applying on skin/hair

Topical application: Add 4 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil and apply on affected spots. Do not expose skin to sunlight after applying.
- For children and the elderly, add 2 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil.
Dilution Methods: Dilute 2-5% Of essential oils in a base for topical application.
